Create a Mobile Workstation for Operations Engineers

The single-port KVM control module allows access to and control of another computer, enabling system and network device management. It integrates HDMI IN and USB IN ports to connect to the target server, allowing control via the built-in keyboard and mouse. Unlike "remote desktop" solutions, the KVM control module provides hardware-level access control, allowing management of the target server from booting, device initialization, to BIOS settings and operating system control. Additionally, this module can function as a video capture card. It supports hot-swapping, is a non-IP KVM, and does not support remote management, making it suitable for managing local data center servers.

The T-shaped hinge is made using powder metallurgy technology. After 100,000 continuous rotation and opening/closing tests with a robotic arm, it achieved a reliability rate of 99.3%. The screen can open and close at a 180° angle, and the Y-axis can rotate 180°, allowing for a flat panel effect. It can be easily rotated with one hand, and the angle can be controlled freely.
